SHIPPING POLICY

Peach Tree Swim will happily accept the return of clean, unworn, unwashed swimwear in an undamaged condition with tags intact for a store credit. Please note, if hygiene sticker has been removed returns will not be accepted. SALE items will not be accepted. You have 14 days from date of purchase to return goods to Peach Tree Swim for return. Please note we do not give refunds. If you do require a change in size you will receive a store credit in which you can use online to place a new order. Note it is up to the customer to pay all shipping costs incurred except in the instance that item is faulty or incorrect shipped. You can email us with any questions info@peachtreeswim.com

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Email us at info@peachtreeswim.com using the subject field RETURN with your order number. Example RETURN-ORDER#001. In the body of the email let us know why you are returning the goods. Print out the email and place in postal bag. Be sure to do this so we can match your goods with the email.

Once good are received, you will receive your store credit via email within 3 working days. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from date of issue

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders to be shipped within Australia will be dispatched 1-3 days from date of purchase and can be expected to arrive no later than 7 business days from date of purchase. You can track your order using the tracking number supplied once your order has been placed. All orders placed within will be posted with Australia Post. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days email us info@peachtreeswim.com

Please note that PEACH TREE SWIM is not responsible for items returned to us marked as undeliverable. In such case, customer will be responsible for any postage costs incurred.
